Well, you are right. Ideally we don’t need testers. However, it’s not easy for BA and developer to communicate, one from business and the other one from technique, testers more like between those two. Secondly, tester has some skills to break the system, which BA and developer doesn’t have.
If the company is very small, it might only have developers, no BA or tester;) |
