为什么我的简历回头率这么低？

真得很感谢大家呀，没想到有这么多回复。
根据大家的意见，我修改了简历，以便于看起来更加专业。
另外修改了若干语法和用法的问题。
melbourne好像没有skillmax，我咨询过llnp，centrelink的人说我不可以读，电脑里面没有我的纪录。打算有机会去读一个tafe。
事实上，也不是没有机会学习其他语言。尽管以前工作还可以，不过我一直坚持自己做开发，而且国内作开发，基本上是个终于语言都要会的。我的一个项目，就同是用过c++, java, pb, vb, delphi，当时是几个领导意见不统一，后来互相妥协的结果。只不过，c++做得比较多，觉得比较有把握。

语法出现问题是大忌。。找local的简历看看人家的模式。。。
另外绝对要避免的是照抄cover letter...

每份简历都要根据招聘广告修改，这使最基本的。对方要LOW LEVEL，你就要LOW LEVEL。不能说自己什么都会，这里忌讳OVER QUALIFY. 等进去了再慢慢告诉别人什么都会，用来帮助涨工资。另外，最近刚过完新年等休假。没什么响应是正常的。以前论坛里有很多，cover letter，简历以及面试很多技巧。不要小瞧这些技术。skillmax大方向是对的，但老师普遍是英语老师转行过来的，所以很多东西要自己琢磨才行。你只有找到工作才能ignore这些技巧，当你想跳槽时，你还会用上。

This is a software tester role, focusing on Software / Hardware interaction, in a closely-knit team who are responsible for ensuring the products released are the best in the market.
Your daily activities will include:
Test systems products to ensure they comply with product specifications and requirements
Verify software using version control tools and reviewing code
Modify C code for testing purposes
Write test plans and cases and prepare formal reports
Perform testing in accordance with the schedules
Ideally you will have:
Bachelors degree in a technical related field
2 or more years experience, ideally within an Object Oriented designed software environment
Understanding of real-time embedded systems would be beneficial
Experience with the .NET framework
Commercial experience testing applications with C/C++, and ideally some C#
Strong experience using automated test tools and software debugging tools
The successful candidate will be keen to work in a close knit team, have good communication and people skills and a commitment to delivering to deadlines
