IBM里要炒人可不是件简单的事情，炒contractor不经常发生，permanent的话从来没听说过。

normally, if you leave within 3 mths, your head hunter will get nothing. since you've been there 4mths, he/she should get his/her commision. usually, he will be required to get your replacement without getting another commission.
I wouldn't worry about the agent, he is no different to a saleman. What you need to consider is your c.v - take it off if I were you.

严重同意楼上的意见！
你跟公司签合同的时候，ａｇｅｎｔ就已经把ｉｎｖｏｉｃｅ给你公司了（类似买断费）。一般ａｇｅｎｔ　可以拿到１０ｋ．如果你在试用期辞职了，ａｇｅｎｔ要退回公司一半的钱！
ａｇｅｎｔ　无本万利的行业哦。楼主还真是厚道！
