问一个long service leave的问题

不是必须的,在vic很多行业有规定可以portable

我在VIC。我不存在几个公司的问题，都是一家公司。如果现在请假，辞职前是不是还要回来一段时间交接？如果我已经和公司提出辞职，再说我请一个月年假，是不是太假了？按照大饼的说法，我这种情况如果在NSW是不是就没问题了？prodata算上去，咋说也够了。不知道VIC是不是也是这样的？

辞职之前休年假,还算你的工龄。辞职之后,年假就换成钱结給你了,不算你的工龄了。long service leave  在 ns ...
错了吧。。nsw 必须10年辞职才有lsl, 除非你是因病或残疾辞职，或者是被辞 ， 才能7年拿到LSL.
Vic 是7年就能拿到LSL，无论什么原因辞职

很多行业？ portable是什么意思？
如果我雇了一个员工为我工作四年full time。他如果辞职，他不会得到剩余的sick，career leave。只是A/L换成钱。他之前为其他公司工作跟我没关系。也不会从我的公司得到任何lsl。您说的我怎么从没听说过。在industry award里面也没有。
您说的很多行业，在哪里可以查到？
您的关于lsl的法律根据，怎么可以查到？

不到10年，自己辞职-long service leave 会paid out？？ 不太苟同，除非以下原因
Is there a leave entitlement for less than ten years of service?
Yes. An employee who has completed five years (but less than ten years) of service is entitled to a long service pro-rata payment if he or she:
? resigns as a result of illness, incapacity,
domestic or other pressing necessity
? is dismissed for any reason except serious
and wilful misconduct
? dies.

那这个leave怎么算的，几个公司分摊，还是最后那个倒霉公司付全部？

有专门的lsl机构来买单。平时各个公司付钱给这个机构。
