墨尔本Sunshine和Coburg，哪个区好些？

从口碑上来说，Sunshine应该是墨尔本最差的地区之一。如一定要从Sunshine和Coburg选，可能Coburg要好些。正如AS建议Brunswick West 应该是个选择。

Pasco vale and Maribyrnong are nice and near Moonee Ponds .also Maribyrnong is next to Highpoint shopping centre as well.
anyway if your looking for sunshine just dont look for near station,i live here for two year already,everything is fine.

Rentals around moonee ponds and essendon are acceptable actually........

essendon非常好，但是房价不是很便宜，而且房子一般比较旧．
sunshine有很多越南人，而brunswick却有多数的中国学生，墨大学生，而且sunshine很远．coburg一般tram就三四十分钟就到city了．我不知道sunshine，但是brunswick, coburg都不大好找工．

I've just check the rental in Essendon, the prices are acceptable.
But is Essendon a bit close to the airport? Is it noisy there from the airplanes?

coburg还行,靠近悉尼路的话有coles/safeway和coburg市场,靠近st. George的话有preston市场,都挺方便的,治安没有说的那么差...

Don't worry about the noise at all. If you live in Airport West, you need to care about it a little bit......

agree with it.
I used to live there for one and half years, it's not bad suburb,but that's 5 and half years ago, I don't know how is it now.
