因为PM没法很具体考察，所以几个业内证书还有点用。
其次就是语言表达能力了
行业背景也很重要，在金融业再厉害的PM，去了快消行业的项目，还是需要时间适应的

和lz一样， 也是10几年PM经验，全世界知名外企啥的。PMI会员6年多，但是最近不renew了，放弃了。这个职位太考验语言 。沟通能力，对这边职场文化，思维方式都是考验。
也有很长时间的编程经验，但是知识更新也不容易。
所以不回IT了，工作家庭难以平衡，读 tafe去了。

个人经历，特别是大公司里，一般倾向招本地经验丰富的pm。性格和自信是关键，语言反而不是最大的问题。
ba没有行业背景，你很难打进去的。
最好能找到需要和中国港澳台合作的项目，你的优势就出来了，可惜这种机会不多。
pm的本地竞争太大了，拿什么去和他们争？只怕连个机会都没有。
从pc做起，或者从其它职位入手，认真做好平凡的事，利用这段时间建立起你的人脉网络，还有机会一步一步通过内部调岗走回pm的路。但是中间变数太多，不是单凭努力就可以短期实现的。。

It's really very hard. I have the same background as LouZhu, I took 2 months to find the first local job: 1 year project coordinator contract in a College. The language is still my key issue, work, email, meeting, or even just some casual chat with workmates. It is really hard to get a project management job here if you can not speak very good English. So think and make your decision carefully. Good luck all guys from China with PM experiences, it's not a wonderland for us. You need extraordinary luck and savings to get a a PM job here. I had three or four intervews during my 2 months job hunting journey last year and I can say if can speak good English and explain my experience well, I can get the job, but the truth... I am still not sure what I have to do after my contract's termination by the end of this year.
And I am thinking to go back to China...
