有Web Developer （PHP，MySQL）, System Admin（Windows， Linux server）的经验。现在government里做一些system support， system testing. 因为部门所有核心技术都外包了，比如开发，server, network的东西。内部IT人员接触不到什么有用的东西，每天就是混，做一些基本的维护，测试。感觉现在每天就是做一个job而不是career。所以觉得，给人干不如自己干，比如做一些web 开发之类的项目。
