楼主加油，周末看了看几个Graduate accountant职位，也都要求1-2年相关经验啊

你的简历根据JD里的写，JD里面要求什么你就写什么。一般都会有电话过来的，如果还是没有电话那肯定是简历格式之类的问题了。

你把你做过的,再细化一些写出来,尤其是针对广告,比如说,ar,ap你都作了什么, 用什么方法, 特别的有什么小成就, there is no tailored resume, but if they think you are suitable for the culture, they will hire you.
