all union fees are tax deductable
oz unions are not the same as we knew in china, i think they are pretty good, at least union will negotiate on ur behalf for pay raise regularly. but those non-union members would take the free ride , coz pay raise cover both member and non-member. anyway, it is worthwhile to pay for ur own interest, if every body want to take the free ride, there is no more workers' benefit |
