持分请教，被石棉污染过的土地上盖的房子能买吗？

都知道这样了，能不买则不买，什么样的豪宅住进去过了一年不也像那样？就像一辆豪车，刚开2，3个月以后，什么新鲜劲都没了
看LZ似乎很有米，去买其他豪宅啦，我就不相信那个区就这个豪宅卖

我觉得没问题啊。人家肯买下再砸100万盖房子，应该不傻吧？人家都没在意，你在意啥？但也不是说完全不在意，能用这个理由砍个10万20万何乐不为？地基的问题，100万的房子，地基应该没问题吧？
说到底，石棉不是问题，价钱是关键，看lz能不能捡漏是问题的核心。

今天楼主要了这个房子的contract。果然有提过土地受过污染
已经写信给info@environment.nsw.gov.au咨询具体污染了。自住的房子还是要查清楚才踏实啊。。。

但是楼主真心喜欢这个房子啊。。。
2006年award winning miniter projects。。8年前房子造价160万，放现在造要花个200万了

不负责任的建议LZ买。
合同上写着有污染不代表什么的，看看下面有没有一行小字
This is a statement of Council and/or Public Authority Policy and NOT a statement on whether or not the property is affected by (......)
如果有这一行，就表示写着污染没有任何意义。
如果没有这一行，就问问州政府吧
真是捡漏的好机会

合同里的原话是这样的
The property affected by one of the matters prescribed by section 59(2) of the contaminated land management ACT1997. Council is aware that there is a site audit statement under Part 4 of the Contaminated Land Management ACT 1997 in relation to this property. Some further information in relation to this matter may also be available from the NSW office of Environment& Heritage
