体现了人类对于财富的贪婪。政府的资产是所有澳大利亚人的，你免费拿去了，就损害了其他纳税人的权益。

Medibank 是在1975由政府通过Health Insurance Commission （现在的Medicare Australia)设立，政府出了启动资金建立了这个医疗保险基金是为了和私有“营利性”医疗保险基金竞争以保障百姓的利益。当初的设立资金政府早已收回，现在的Medibank其实是所有会员组成的。正如Pertition中所说“The government through Medibank Private have always called policy holders members, and the Medibank sale must recognise。” NIB 会员，AMP及NRMA会员们都受到了免费的股份。

PETITION UPDATE
We need constitutional advice on the theft of Medibank Private by the Government unjustly......Medibank Private Members must get shares in demutualisation
28 Sep 2014 — Hi there,
Can anyone help with advice as to the constitutional rights of Medibank Private members ( the rightfull owners of Medibank ) . The government is continuing with its sale of Medibank Private having not considered if the actions of the Howard government and Health Commission were indeed illegal and unconstitutional given the the government transferred ownership of Medibank Private to the government for $100.00 without reference to members ( the rightfull owners ). Do any of our signatories on this petition have knowledge or expertise that can help in a legal challenge to the government on behalf of Medibank members per, dare i say it, section 51 of the constitution ( ref : The Castle - On Just Terms !!!!!!!!) .
Let us know if you can help as this is by any test I believe a theft of the Medibank P

政府当初的目的只是起个头设立此基金以帮助百姓加入成为会员，然后可以和其他的私人集团基金竞争以保障百姓的利益。政府的出资事实上在基金成立后不就便收回了。而且后来Medibank operating as a fully commercialised business paying tax and dividends under the same regulatory regime as do all other registered private health funds. 所以它完全是个私营机构。
