其实，与我本身无关，GM对我也挺好的，自己工资也很不错。只是他有时的做法就是让我看不过眼，为其他受到不公平待遇的同事叫屈啊。就是最近这种不公平多了，所以公司在fairwork那里就有了几单投诉，要上庭。都是投诉GM物理解雇和不公平对待的。

put it in this way, if GM does nasty things to other people, one day you may become a victim as well, so as long as the GM is fine with you, stay in your job and make the GM happy, but may need to think abt PLAN B now,
My situation is similar, the way we get rid of people is relentless. As an employee, I do not have too many choices, but look after myself. I actually started my PLN B last year, so far still "ride donkey and find horse"

谢谢你的建议，很中肯。 我是在想，今年由于一些私人的原因暂时还不想找新的工作。看看下个financial year情况如何，再打算要不要做PLAN B。
