我个人觉得比较怀疑你朋友是否真的是RN。如果注册了，就是和中介做也不会说他是AIN。
我有朋友去年毕业的在维州，没有得到Computer Match，和中介做一开始就只给她一两天的工作，半年以后就四五天/每周。而且是￥30/小时。她就去读了一个post Graduate diploma。今年年底就要结束学习了。毕业后和中介做都45/小时。

我觉得你说得很有道理。我也不认为你朋友拿到RN执照了。

告诉你朋友去大学学一个post Graduate diploma一年的课程。出来后就是Specialist Nurse。45/小时。当然是和中介做。周末或节假日都60/小时了。我有点搞不懂你朋友。。。。。其实大学最后一年，老师是会告诉她的。

刚毕业没有工作经验的是不能读这个的。你必须至少在某个专科有至少1年以上的Full Time Experience（有的大学要求至少2年）才能拿到offer的。

你可以去问问。我可以告诉你墨尔本的Flinders University就可以呀。我朋友就是在那读的。去年护士毕业，和中介做，顺便读了呀。而且年底拿证。

一个RN已经做了2年AIN，然后还要继续再做2年AIN。。。。抛开收入不谈，感觉就是废了啊。。。以后再找工作，简历里先是4年的AIN经验。。。
