I'd say stay away from jogging /running type of exercises until a few months later.
After pregnancy the pelvic floor is weaker than usual (eventhrough you went through C-section), it's worked hard by holding the baby up for months and months. Doing any high-impact activity you are basically letting the internal organs bouncing repetitively on the pelvic floor which can cause other problems. Try other forms of exercises such as bike riding etc, and do the pelvic floor exercises too. |
