这个是什么东东？某种cheese？用cheddar行吗？cheese power WWS之类有卖吗，在面粉区还是cheese的冰箱里呀

主要用这个，表面可以用Parmesan粉。这个粉不清楚在超市哪里，但其他cheese是要一条条（shredded形状）在冷藏区，或者买大块或片状，要自己切碎些。。其他cheese都可以，blue cheese有点臭， brie很软。
