over 850k -950k will get a good one with good/great renovation.
800k will only get you a big land with minimum level renovation, or no renovation at all.

right, i may old school now, haha ,i bought my house in Vermont next to Forest hill, i didn't know so expensive now...

除了学校不行其他蛮好。如果不打算要小孩是很好的选择。如果要孩子还是去Doncaster East， Glen W , Vermon ...
就是考虑小孩上学的问题，看来便宜应该跟这个有一定的关系。

forest hill vs. vermont
roughly the same median price. forest hill is about 30k-40k higher.
forest hill: better transport, close to nearly every close shopping centre (forest hill, glen, box hill, eastland), got many great beautiful pockets
vermont: better school, abit faraway, not a lot good houses like those ones in vermont south.
If you search recently sold properties in forest hill and vermont, forest hill has twice of houses over 800k than vermont.
