做法:Heat oven to 165degree.
Mix crumbs and butter, press onto bottom of 13X9 foil-lined pan. (我用的是直径20厘米的烤模,高6厘米,这蛋糕挺有重量的,烤完比6厘米还高呢,如烤模不够高,就要用大的,记住了)
Bake 10 min
Beat cream cheese, flour, sugar, vanilla with mixer until well blended. Add chocolate,mix well. Add eggs, 1 at a time, mixing on low speed after each just until blended.
Pour over crust.
Bake 45 min. or until center is almost set.
Cool completely.
Regrigerate 4 hours.
Use foil to lift cheesecake from pan.
Top with berries. |
