                                the apartment is set in a peaceful cul-de-sac 3 mins walk from Maroubra beach, the ocean can be seen from the window. Built-in wardrobe and there is large space for you to put in a bed and other pieces of furniture that you like.
The room is suitable for anyone who loves the beach and prefers to live in a quiet, friendly and safe area.
There are three bedrooms and two have been filled. I work full time, so you might only be able to see me at night. I generally feel tired after work, so I mostly spend time alone in my room to discharge and recover. The other person is even busier than me as he studies and works at the same time. You might hear him sometimes but won't see him often. He is the person who keeps things to himself as well.
Bus stop is in front of the building. There are two buses (397 & X97) cover this street which travel to UNSW, Maroubra junction & city. Alternatively, you could always take a short walk to Anzac Parade and there are more buses there.
Bills are shared. I've got a 100GB wifi but im more than happy to upgrate it to unlimited if needed.
