POINT COOK有很多不同的小区的，类似国内的不同楼盘，不同的小区的会所都是各自独立的，PUBLIC的只有图书馆，运动场之类的

新社区的话，国内人口密度大，差不多5 6年成熟的差不多了，这里至少要15年 20年。
