请住在悉尼glenwood的朋友给给意见

最近在glenwood看房子，发现在matlock place这条街上同时有3－4间house在卖，不知道什么原因，而且卖了很久都卖不出去。请问有住在那边的朋友吗？能不能指点一下。

hi, i live in glenwood. I live in the south part of glenwood. South part is much better than north part because of the traffic. It is always chok-a-block on Norwest Boulevard around peak hours if you need to leave the north of glenwood to go to city. Speed limit is only 50 on the major roads in the North glenwood. I guess traffic is the problem why you see several houses cannot find any buyer.
My neighbour just sold his house about 2 months ago for 650k.. and it is sold within 1 week and without open house.

Glenwood high school is OK lar.. It only had its first own graduates 2 years ago. It is a very new school. One of my neighbour is a teacher there.

public transport 怎样？那里有去city,blacktown,parramatta的bus, 班次都挺密，你感觉是不是方便？

Public transport is convenient. But as M2 is upgrading these days( will last for 2 years), it sometimes took me more than 1.5 hours from Wynyard to Norbik ( a T-way bus stop) in the late afternoon. Before M2 upgrade project, normally takes 1 hours and some times only takes 40 minutes.
