差一个街口的herring road 要建5栋超过10层的大高楼，将有地下3层200多个停车位。如果方案通过，那对这片的apartment 不论是增值还是出租都是很大压力吧。

我后来路过的时候也无意看到了好像那边也有个大盘。。。。。
不过是开车路过没有下车去研究
如果是真的话那这个房子要放弃了
我还交了5000订金排队呢。。。。。

Is property the only thing we Chinese like to invest? There are lots of reasons I would not go:
1.       Can you see property will go any further in the coming years (let’s say 10 years)? The price has been nearly tripled since 2000?
2.       Negative gearing – it is a stupid man game. Being negative is losing money.
3.       How much capital gain can you earn to cover your 6% borrowing cost and negative gearing loss?
4.       Do you think EU is going to be out of recession without disastrous damage? What will be the impacts on debts?
5.       Do you think OZ will keep flourishing in the coming years? Without material, OZ is absolutely nothing.

估计你看错了，这还是个计划，不太可能已经动工。

Meriton正准备在shopping center对面修2百多个apartment，88 Talavera Rd，加上lz说的MC和附近epping road上的whiteside项目，将来这个地方不缺雅博文。
