My own experience:
1 move into a new property, registered with AGL for electricity retailer on 01/04
2 AGL informed me due to security apartment, there was no access to the meter, so i was not with AGL. This happened in July.
3 frustrated to find out Origin is the supplier for the bulidng ,so called up Origin to set up a new account with them.
4 received a huge bill from Origin $550 for last quarter, and all on estimated basis.
5 after maybe 10 calls with them, through different divisons, they sent me an amended bill, which is less than $100.
summary: they are all craps, fight for your own benefit please.
