关于自住房和投资房

高手，但如果我买房的时候（楼花）写的是投资，但是到交楼的时候改变主义想自己住。那请问是否要交税？或者作为投资我暂时不出租。这个capital gain如何计算？

这个就不得而知了，那个房子买的时候的意图，ATO应该是不知道的吧？
在交房之前，也没有办法判定房子使用目的。
最好还是问专业人士吧
