请问,如果中介没有提到冷静期,是不是就没有啊,刚收到中介的EMAIL,说房东接受了我的OFFER,但是要签无条件合同,其中没有提到冷静期。因为现在很晚了,也没办法打电话去问中介,心中很是疑惑。
内容如下:Congratulations! Your offer of $0,000 with a 42 day completion date has been accepted on the proviso we have a signed unconditional contract and deposit by 5:00pm tomorrow 7th March,
You need to contact your soli! citor and have him review the contract. To complete the exchange you are required to sign an unconditional contract, obtain a 66w certificate provided by your solicitor and have a cheque ready for the 10% deposit.
房子本来是要拍卖的,后来昨天中介打电话来说房东又觉得不拍卖了,就让我开了个价。是不是这样就没有冷静期呢?
