I am using a solicitor introduced by my colleague, he is really good. He spent time with us go thorugh every detail of the contract, even giving advice on all aspect of buying a house as we have so many questions first time buying a property. The owner we are dealing with is a real bitch, I couldn't deal with her if without the solicitor's help. For the details I will update my story after we settle everything :)
The good thing about him is you don't have to talk to secretary or leave message on phone. You get him whenever you need his advice. Here is his mobile 0402 900 001.
By the way, he is a developer as well, so he knows everyhting about house and he is honest enough to tell you what is really important and what you don't have to worry much.
