你说的是unit 1& 2/43 Macrina Street, Oakleigh East。
这两处unit的确是新的，可是内部装修不太好看。

是那两套，我觉得装修还可以阿。
不过，你这套保养的也不错。我的意思是这区域最近没啥人气，就算喜欢也别冲动，狠狠砍价。

My friend ( someone at work who is 1st home buyer) is going to auction for this property... she is planning to bid about $55K.She was asking me the opinion of this propety.
1. Good location
2. I can tell is a renovated home. Good quality 装修
cannot compare to unit 1& 2/43 Macrina Street, Oakleigh East.. This one is much better.
My personal opinion, now is a good time to get a bargin of a old house with a big land, but not a renovated home... as most of the buyers in the market nowadays are 1st home buyer who look for a good condition home to live...
My friend is a local ABC,, they refuse to live in a old house. How about your friends?

谢谢楼上的，我朋友也是个鬼佬，不太肯住旧房子。
如果是我买的话，就和你说的那样，买个旧屋装修，有个院子总是好多了。给他建议过，他能看上的house都要800k以上，他又不存钱，实在买不起。

lz这个房子open的时候人是排队看的，拍卖不会便宜。。。
