这套房子隔壁刚卖出83万高价,再隔壁3年前也卖出76万,隔壁那栋楼更是卖出了85万高价。
现在居然65万,非常便宜,真是破盘价,喜欢的同学一定要出unconditional offer,争取一周之内拿下。
真的超值,我抢过这个楼盘的房子,没有抢上,楼盘没有任何问题,strata才500多,下北区很难找到这么好的房子,希望有缘的同学买上。
