这套房子隔壁刚卖出83万高价，再隔壁3年前也卖出76万，隔壁那栋楼更是卖出了85万高价。
现在居然65万，非常便宜，真是破盘价，喜欢的同学一定要出unconditional offer，争取一周之内拿下。
真的超值，我抢过这个楼盘的房子，没有抢上，楼盘没有任何问题，strata才500多，下北区很难找到这么好的房子，希望有缘的同学买上。
