原来inspection report真的看不懂的。。求助！

以后我可以编一个软件，在手机上打勾，然后piu的一声，报告就email给你了，^_^

另外report里提到好多要修补的地方，一般是跟owner要钱我们自己修好呢还是让owner修好呢？不过让owner修，之后难道还要再inspection一次查查有没有修好？囧

没有用的，一般情况就是buy what you see，这些问题很多只是纸面上的问题。可修可不修，自己有handyman的欲望就自己修一下，请人吗就没必要了。
如果影响居住前owner早找人修了。

话说那我们可以让owner pay一下，我看有几个问题
1. The ensuite roof flume ducting is not connected to the ensuite exhaust fan to comply with the Building Code.就是排风口的事
2. The front hardwired smoke alarm has a fault and requires replacing.要换一个报警器
3. There are some minor contracting cracks. Rake these out and fill, sand and paint.墙上有些小裂缝
4. Cornice cracking due to contraction and expansion of supporting timbers is not a structural issue.
Rake out cracks and remove loose material. Fill, and repaint. 有两处房顶有裂缝
请教一下，这些问题可以跟owner要多少钱呢？第一个是找plumber修吗？第二个是我们在bunnings之类的店里买一个自己安上就行吗？另外两个裂缝问题是不是可以忽略啊。。。我们真心没干过这些活。。不知道咋做啊。。囧
