想问一下622平方米推到重建之前做的LAND FEATURE SRVEY，要花多少钱，3500吗？

恩~最多差在finishing上面。比如油漆工的水平之类的。不过这些都得靠SS和project manager了。反观很多时候volume builder的施工质量更容易控制。其他的什么结构方面，用料方面真没差别。只是这些小builder floor plan、外观方面更flexible一点。
他们价格的区别和自身成本有关，同样的东西volume builder成本自然低很多（量大）。且很多builder有自己的施工队，不像大多数小builder还在充当包工头的角色。
当然如果是盖那些豪宅或双砖房，差别就大了，价格自然也不是一个级别的。

The features survey includes the following:
·         Searching of documents as necessary at the Titles Office to obtain the necessary old survey information to perform the field survey as required by regulations
·         Field survey to re-establish the title boundaries and locate existing boundary fencing
·         Determine spot levels and contours over the site and boundaries to the Australian Height Datum
·         Significant features and visible service over the site
·         Location of existing site buildings including heights on eaves, ridges, gutters, floor levels
·         Location of window openings on the existing dwelling
·         Location of overlooking windows within 9m of the site boundaries including head and sill heights, ridge and eave heights where possible
·         Establishment of TBM to the Australian Height Datum
·         Setback of 2 properties either side and 3 opposite
·         Preparation of a plan of survey including the above information in digital and hardcopy format
确认了，3500是做以上工作得，大家觉得值这个价吗？
