sure you can. but its up to your builder and contractor. most likely it is  up to your structural engineer design. but if you want build as a package with land, bla bla..then it will be really complicated as builder may give you guys a big drama for variation fees.

前后斜坡要好点，房子有层次感，site cost 大概4万extra，比如你地价50万，你看中的房型在宣传册上是30万，你咨询sales，他给你七七八八一算upgrade点东西后告诉你，32万！你心中的房价就是82万，如果地落差2-3米，你的房子就差不多82万+4万（site cost）=86万
