请教：今天收到卖方律师具有威胁意味的信件，我该给回复吗？

支票是当场交的。不然不会过户的
那就让银行重新开一张好了,开支票的费用由卖方律师付.那怎么会过了半年才发现的.难道丢的刚好是卖方律师的律师费?

我的律师早在8月就给银行发传真同意他们开张新支票了

就算是1000%对方错，对方确实没有收到钱的话，写那样的Email再正常不过了。

问题是不是应该律师之间打交道吗？
settle的时候双方律师之间交接。 自己出错不该怪到楼主头上。

呵呵， 过户当天就没了：）
银行支票跟个人支票不同的，只要支票开了，钱就被从我的账上划走了，不管支票存没存，都不属于我了
