你这是误导，只要租约在有效期内就依然有效，只是房东改变了，其他条款都维持不变。

确实是法律规定的，没问题。这个是房东的权利，提前给notice让人搬走，但是合同还是要履行完的。

他的情况是14天的一种。28天那个房客主动发notice的需要完成合同。他这个被动的不需要

不知道如何理解。
