这个地算不小了，去年10月我看的一套在kellyville plaza附近的500平的地，5房两层，那时候已经要80万了。

看着挺好的。
难得中介还给了个指导价。同21世纪打交道几次从来没有价，每次都说让我自己去做research，结果每次都失败而归。
如果各方面合适希望楼主这个价格可以买到

如果80万能拿下来，那很划算了。我住Beaumont hills，离这房子再往北，hills bus很方便。

this house is been renting for the past 10 years after built and not well maintained. ( the first level: walk on the carpet will occur a lot noise under your foot, and the sound can hear clear in the ground level)

this house is been renting for the past 10 years after built and not well maintained. ( in the up level: walk on the carpet will occur a lot noise under your foot, and the sound can hear clear in the ground level)
agent tell us the noise under the carpet is not a big problem, can be fixed and not expensive.
the noise under carpet can be fixed easy, is true?
