这个是first home吗？如果是，你现在还有另一个问题是要不要退还first home grant.
The First Home Owner Grant (FHOG) is not intended to be used for the purchase of an investment property. Accordingly, the SRO gathers information via the public, data-matching and other sources to ensure recipients of the grant comply with the 12 month residence requirement. In 2013-14, the SRO will continue conducting a voluntary disclosure program with respect to non-compliance with the 12 month residency requirement.
