P老大说得对，证据先
你去告他要证据呀，不信你试试，你什么都没签，人家怎么都不违法。到时人家说跟你说好的这是税前收入，therefore, 你自己后面补交tax yourself. gov office要证据确着才帮你出头的，不然反过来人家告你诬陷，打官司也要证据，而且在没有判出个道道来前，你自己先拿钱垫，够你忙的。
所以到了澳洲凡事都要靠自己。
to put it simple:
1，先不要激动， 我们新时代的中国人不是好欺负的, 不会输。
2，找个小东西带录音功能的，如MP3，录音笔之类把你和他的对话录下来，注意：
a, 对话时找关键人对话，如：找他老婆万一以后他说她老婆不responsible for the business怎么办？
b, 对话时注意引导话题，对话内容要涵盖：你何时开始为他工作的，税后收入是怎么样，他答应会给你交tax和super， 你可以抱怨工作时间的问题，但要有他的肯定性回答，ect. 最好还有明确指出现在已经是何日了（date)
3， 等你自己做好准备要离开的时候，跟他说，you have to do all those for me, because i got all the voice records of our conversations, in which we clearly indicated all the relevant details. so you better do, otherwise you got trouble for sure, trust me I would never let others enjoy my money without my promise. I am leaving now anyway, I give you a couple of hours ( 1 day, 2 day....according to your wish, no need to be too long) to think about it, otherwise something might happen, dont say that i did not give you the notice. and by the way, i got a copy of that stored in my friend's computer already, if anything got wrong with me, you would be the first one who is suspicious. so anytime give me a call.
这样应该会行了。 另外跟你说一下,按法律，super should be paid quarterly, 税我不知道，问问会计朋友。所以如果3个月以后为他工作，如果你的super帐户上钱还没到，他违法。
