如何锻炼提升自己的leadership skills

Google 一下 leadership training 能找出好多。应该都差不多，既然你们老板很慷慨，找个比较有名气的，证书也响亮些的，对今后也会很有帮助的。
MBA的课程其实也算是leadership的培养。
还有7habbits的课程，也是国际公认的不错的培训。

can't agree. When boss told you that you need to look more into leadership and decision making, it becomes your job already.
If you have done your job well then
you will be given the position,
and you have the chips to negotiate for higher salary
else
keep working as small potato
One key thing I found is that communication skill will become more important, as you need to develop good relationship with all team members.

maybe you can try Toastmaster which is good place to practice public speaking and leadership skill. for FREE
you can google it and find the one of toastmaster club around your living place or working place.
