MYOB经验应该是比较容易得到，所有小公司都用它，但是如果简历上只有MYOB的经验，基本上就算没有payroll经 ...
请问要去TAFE 学你说得这些软件吗？我在华人会计培训班学了点payrolll 的皮毛，老师说够找工作了，相当至少2年工作经验，可我感觉没学到啥东西。

相对一般会计工作，payroll对英文要求要高一些，当然工作本身的性质决定对英文也会有很好的机会进行锻炼。

请问楼主关于payroll Redundancy的问题, 谢谢先。
1. Notice period extra 1 wk for 45+ years of age. If the employee over 45y,需要pay notice period 4wks+1 wk.  这个1周需要单独列出来吗？单独放在哪一项？ 还是可以放一起 pay 5wks notice period?
2。 Noice period 是4周，那么annual leave和long service leave accrual 是到哪一天呢？ 是工作的最后一天- termination day（比如今天14/4）, 还是到4周后noice period的最后一天（12/5）呢？

you can pay a total of 5 weeks.

If the employee is paid notice in lieu (does not work out notice period), then leave balances are accrued up to termination date. If the employee works out the notice period then the leave balances are accrued to last day of notice period.

depending on the size of the company, payroll / time & attendance system in use and reporting requirements. Various awards and EBA interpretation also add to the complexity of payroll.
