想跳槽到中大型企业里做 AA，听听前辈们的看法和建议 ！

AA supposes to assist the accountant/senior. So if your supervisor is good then you would be lucky. I remember when I was a AA, my manager was very nice that gave me some opportunities to learn new things, not just do the simple daily transactions. 1 year later I became an A, even though my CPA mentor program was not fully completed yet.
Oracle or SAP experience definitely is a plus if applying position in big companies. However, it is not compulsory if you could convince the interviewers that you were a quick learner.

you don't even have a chance to get interview stage without exp of SAP/Oracle for a lot of big companies.
HRs will exclude you from the short list just becasue you do not meet one of "desirable" requirement.

In recent job market, I agree it would be really hard to get into interview if you cannot match the "desirable" requirement. However, it doesn't mean that you have to give up to try some position which you are really interested.
If a role requires decent system (Oracle/SAP) skills which you don't have, that means the company wants the candidate who could hit the ground running. Even you could get into the role, it would be hard for you to  perform well.
Some managers believe that the system skills could be developed but not the business acumen.

Thanks for your opinion, I think lots of company make AA harder if dont have experience on SAP or ERP.
Which means I need to convince interviewer that I am a quick learner, at the same time, learn one of the software.
Or do you recommend to start with AP/AR in medium to large company first so that can master their system or software, then seek opportunity for AA ?

I only heard a few whole finance/accounting departments have been outsourcing to some Asian countries.
However, not AA role alone has been sent out.

SAP TRAINING在澳洲要5000刀培训一个财务方面的内容。
非常贵。淘宝有卖虚拟机和书。那么如果中国和澳洲的code是一样的话几百块人民币自己在家自学估计可以学出点概念，但是就算有机会上岗后估计还是有一堆东西要学的。。。
大部分进大公司的会计都是在graduate program，那时候进去公司是提供SAP/ORACLE的培训的，因为你以这个水平进去的肯定是不会的，所以人家肯培训你。但是到了社会招聘就不一样了。人家要你进来就会，你如果毕业后在小公司做想跳去大的机会太难了。。
但是楼主说的中型公司就不一定了，因为大型ERP系统的安装比较费钱，夹在中间的中层公司很多没钱去装这玩意，也不想去装，于是就出现了MYOB+ XXX别的软件的结合体。。我去面试的时候遇到过几个这样的公司。

我就以前小公司没有sap经验，刚跳到一个大些的公司，就培训我sap啊。所以要求说desirable你也投就是了，面试才是最重要的，软件不是最大问题的。个人能力soft skills才重要。虽然现在学sap也挺纠结的
