我认为把各种信息交给保险公司处理即可。另外那么贵的自行车是有，但很少，而且骑那个价位的车的骑手比较小心

Copy了这么一大堆，你也没弄清楚什么叫give way to vehicles already on the roundabout.
Lz的车才是the vehicles already in the roundabout!
还有并不是撞了人就是有错的。
按LZ这种情况，撞死了骑车的也没错

被撞的时候两个都已经上了roundabout, 谁能判定谁先入的roundabout. 好好看看交规
