Did you put them in the steamer with cover for 2nd time rising? They need to be covered by lid.
500g flour, 250 water is just a ratio, you can do any amount as long as the flour water ratio is 2:1
You can slightly increase the sugar amount to 2 tbsp to reduce the sour taste.
Panasonic breadmaker can set time to whenever you want to get it done.
For example, if it's 9pm now and you want it done 6am next morning, put it to program 16 and increase the time to 9 hours. It will be ready at 6am tomorrow. However you cannot absorb the yeast in the water, put the liquid on the bottom and flour on the top, and followed with yeast. You need to make sure the yeast doesn't get contacted by liquid overnight if you use timing function. |
