关于offer 工资条款请教

请教3.5天如何算出来的.   
譬如年薪A  5万,  怎么算的?  AL 有几天? 病假有几天?  ...
按普遍一年20天年假的entitlement . 20*17.5%=3.5 days.
Daily rate = Annual Salary / 260 day.
17.5% leave loading = daily rate * 3.5 days, or
Annual salary / 260 * 20* 17.5%
AL 和 sick leave 要具体看公司policy， 每个公司不同，一般在你合同附带的标准appendix那一部分会明确有leave entitlement 的说明。
合同上说的rem的两部份， 一个gross basic  pay  ( 17.5%  leave loading  inclusive) , 另一部分super. 两个加起来基本是公司雇用你的total cost ( 不含payroll tax和其它insurance).
建议你让HR提供一个gross basic pay + 17.5% leave loading的breakdown , 这样你自己也可以verify一下你自己的understanding.

如果请年假一天, 那么没有 额外的 ( 日薪*17.5%) ,  对吗?
1. 对，没有了。
2. 不是强制你用光年假，而是圣诞公司关门，除了public holiday，其他天数消你年假。比如圣诞关门3周，其中public holiday 3 天，公司再从你年假消掉12天。

Thanks, no loading on holiday
and it is sort of like compulsory to use your annual leave while during X'mas time, but if you want you can ask for leave without pay , and still accumulated your annual leave and then use it when you need it lol

Gross base rate pay (TS)    $ A
(inclusive of 17.5% annual leave loading)
Superannuation    $ B
(currently 9.5% of the base component of your package)
which means no leave loading will be paid!!! My COE has a similar clause saying gross base includes all overtime, allowances and leave loading etc etc.....
re: leave, it is the minimum entitlement outlined by NES, 4-weeks (20 days) per 12 month, if u work part time, pro-rata...
If you are permanent full time shift worker, you are entitled to 5-week (25 days) annual leave.
