I never like treadmill , too boring.
I love the classes, bodybump ( weight training ) body combat ( cardio) and body Balance. ( yoga and stretch).
I have not back to gym for years. I do weight training and yoga at home, morning power walk and lot of dance.
I would love to suggest you get a personal trainer to teach you how to use the machine properly. Otherwise may cause injury. |
