Sorry to advise you that, my vendor does not accept offer from email. The reason is that: The property is for Auction.
If you are serious to buy, you need to come and see me and have the documents signed.

Does it make sense? He can print my signed offer and present it to the vendor? I haven't seen the contract and won't sign any docs without conveyance's confirmation.

I haven't read the contract. For example, the agent told me there's no easement but I don't wanna find out there is one after I sign the contract.

you have the right to read the contract first & sign later
but better to sign in person rather than just sent the copy in email

I wouldn't like to go to his office because it's miles away. It'll be after 7pm when I get there after my work. Taking such a long distance to sign an offer form is not worth.
I am thinking about asking him to send me a copy of the document he wants me to sign by email. I will ask my advisor to check it. With my conveyance's confirmation, I will arrange with the agent to meet up and sign the docs. Is it a good idea?

Hi "agent",
My apology for not being able to turn up at your office today.
Could you email me the documents you want me to sign please? Due to my English issue, I will need my advisor to help me read through. Afterwards, I will arrange a time with you to meet up.

去office的目的不是中介要看到你这个人，是要你能当场交小定
否则你忽悠完了不买了卖家拿你也没办法，人家不愿意冒那个风险
